I got somebody US citizen to marry with me.. i mean just to make the document.. She says she will help me.. but i dont know any process.. Could some body tell me how should i get it..

I hope that for your own sake, she isn't a 300 pound hippo. On a serious note, given the way you put your question, you seem to have all the freedom in the whole world to do whatever you want. Go for it if you're interested. I don't think that you're gonna have any probs. First get married and then talk to a legal advisor about the procedure of hariyo patta! good luck.

Get married at church. Make paper that you got married. Show the soure of income of your spouse. Get a lawyer (will cost $1000-1500). Get the green card with in 5-6 months.
Thanks God - how powerful Green Card is!

babuandnanu,
before you jump into comclusion, do yo know how much she makes per year?

If she falls below poverty level, that raises a redflag and you will be investigated.so, make sure that she makes at least $20,000 per year.

* Get marry first
* Get a marriage certificate
* go to www.uscis.gov
* print out a form I-130 and instruction
* read the instruction very carefully
* fill it out
* mail to INS
* wait for interview
* if you pass, you will get a conditional GC for 2 yrs
* to be continue...........

its complicated man. i have no guts to wait for the decision to come from Immigratin service. i am fed up with uscis. they are very slow and chaotic.
i would recommend you the following things:
1. Get married. start living together
2. come to texas
2. have the apartment under both of your names
3. electricity: both of your names
4. utility: both of your names
5. Active bank account: both of your names
6.Apply some credit card: both of your names
7.file taxes and put dependent( if applicable)
8.if u have car, mortage or any thing, have both of your name
9. come to Texas
10. change the adress in you DL
10. go to WWW. infopass.gov
11. look for the appointment in Dallas office of rapid adjustment
12. have your all paper work ready
13. get interviewed and see what happens.
14. you got it
