I am planning to go for desi IT consultancy, so I am not sure which consultancy to opt, since I have been getting calls from some of them. So guys, pls put your experience on "things-to-consider before joining those consultancies".

Try to find out as much as about the company before you join. Try looking at Desi Crunch and read the review. Good luck on your job hunt.
