I believe only the credits will get transferred and not your grades. Once you join University, the GPA is a fresh start from the first semester you join. Thats how i as deaalt anyway.

But every time you are asked to produce your transcripts, everything will be clear as crystal to the person evaluating/revising your transcripts. I would start getting myself on the good side of my teachers/professors who will then write me highly positive recommendation letters which are as valuable as anything.

No more ideas. Poon-Hill and Samsara gave enough.

BTW, I was wondering, how the hell did you manage to get 0.00 GPA?

Your first semester might come to haunt you when it comes to getting instate tuition or transfer scholarships. While making evaluations for your instate tuition and transfer scholarships eligibility, universities consider your cumulative GPA i.e. GPA's from all previous schools.
For that reason the best suggestion I can give you is to transfer back to that school and repeat all those classes again! Bare with me.... Replace your F grades with straight A's. Since you have a decent scholarship now (3.0) and will replace your first semester GPA with a 4.0, your cumulative should jump up to around 3.5. This could earn you a transfer scholarship and instate tuition when you transfer to a university.
Do the maths and figure out if this option is better:
Say it costs 4000 dollars to transfer back to your 1st school and repeat one semester. Money down the drain you'd think.
But consider this:
Now say at the University you plan to transfer to, the out of state tuition is 7000 and instate is 3000. Also say you get 1000 a semester for transfer scholarship after pushing you GPA up to 3.5. Assume you will graduate in 5 semesters after transferring.
Without any scholarship and instate tuition you pay: 7000*5 = 35,000.
With scholarship and instate tuition you pay: (3000 - 1000)  * 5 = 10,000.
Difference = 25,000!
You will save 25,000 later by spending 4000 now. Thats a shit load of money! Plus think about paying out of state tuition for 5 semesters - its freakin insane! Classes at universities are way tougher than those at community colleges.

Unless dad is very rich, son is looking forward to a really hard time!

Anyways if there is no way you can go back to that school, dont loose hope. On the long run you should be fine. Your GPA should start from 0 when you transfer to another university. When you graduate, your graduating GPA will be the cumulative GPA of all coursework taken only at the university.
Best of luck n start saving! Either way things only get harder and more expensive now.

I don't think 'instate tuition' applies to international students (are you?). As far as 'transfer scholarships' is concerned, guess the dude is already transferred and even completed few (??) semesters in the new community college.

Wait a minute. If I got this correctly - first, he was in some college in some state where he got 0.00 GPA. Then he moved to some community college in Texas and has maintained >3.00 GPA. Now he wants to transfer again to another university in Texas?

hey guys thanks for yall help..this is how i got 0.00gpa,  i din't went to college, i use to go to my classes once in 2 weeks, i think i just got lucky that i was not dropped out..probably they were the coolest teachers.don't know but i just got lucky i know that...

I heard that even though i will transfer to a new univeristy all of my classes i took will be shown on my final transcript, including all 4 classes where i had F's...so it's making me scared about the future when i have to apply for job and everything will be crystal clear to the employer..but i thought once i transfer to new university , only thoses classes i will take there will be on my final transcript excluduing my all f's///

what u guys think will be on my final transcript when i will graduate...jus the transfered credit classes or everything including the F's i got in other colleges...
