Do you carry Canadian passport or Nepali? I remember a resident of Canada residing USA, went back to Canada to extend his visa to US.
I think you need visa to enter US.

You will need US visa to enter the US.

Travelling on Nepali Passport, you need visa for pretty much every country regardless of your country of location. One exception stands out, that being Singapore. If you hold PR of Canada or US, then there are some more exemptions, eg. person with US GC does not need visa to travel to Canada but the reverse does not apply. Person with US or Canadian PR can travel to many Carrabean countries without visas.... In your case, you will need visa to US assuming you are travelling on Nepali Passport. The process to get one in Canada is brutal. You need to get an appointment at the consulate, and if you happen to be lucky to be in GTA, there is probably a wait time of couple of months to get that appointment.... Jay Nepal and Jay Nepali passport.
