I do not blame the government or the poor students. The poor students would not have broken the law willingly. As we all know the new comers "Tier 4" students are having real bad time in UK. The now hung parliament have said they will do everything to put immigration policy right in this country, and they seem like they are sticking to their word. I do not blame them either. They gave visa to the students to study not to work. But, they did not realized that tens of thousands of students who have come here are not all able to pay their school fees.

Free suggestion.....
Work legally/illegally what ever you can.... make some money.... pay the loan back home if you have first.... its hard for your parents back home....

If you dont have loan to pay.... make sure you study as well along with ur part time legal work..... make the most of the opportunity !!!

i haven't lived in UK but i don't think you can support yourself in expensive country like UK working part time. i've heard students now a days can only work 10 hours. UK govt made a lot of money sponsoring these visas few months ago to boost their economy and now it's doing it's best to send students back home. who the hell gave the visas to the students who couldn't speak english? them... who made sure they were able to finance ? them, and now who's blaming the students? them..

I agree that working illigally in UK is obligation especially for those Nepalese students who are deceived by educational consultancies in Nepal. BUT I don't agree that UK government used these students to boost UK economy. Lots of the colleges where  Nepalese students paid their fee are already closed and their owner ran away taking all Money. Most of the students are living either with another Nepali's house or sharing with other students (10-20 in 2-3 bed room house). Which benefits either house owner or a person who lead the house NOT government. In fact it makes lots of burden to govenment because government provides free health services to all these people. In some areas, local council can't clean up bins due to unexpected rise in number of people living in that area. So where is the benefit to government bringing these students in UK?? you may say, they have paid visa fee. Well everybody who enters UK pay visa fee. there are millions of people who enter UK every year.

If you really track where those money paid by students goes, then you can clearly see all of those money are gone to either another Nepalese' or Indians's or Pakistani's pocket illigally! So I don't think it's logical to blame government for those mistakes which are done by students by themselves.. ( but all these doesn't apply to those students who are studying in good colleges or universities!!!)
