why dont you ask someone in kentucky? how big is the house? How open is it? what temp will you leave the house on etc etc... take bills from last yr and average it out...

Variables:
How many rooms you have? What is the thermostat level you set up? Are you sensitive to cold? Do you winterize your house? Do you have energy savers window and doors? How old is your house and it will vary the leakage of heat? Dose your house gets enough sun? Is your home in the middle of jungle? Is your house is in windy area? If it broiler runs by oil and if you do sign early and lock up the rate may enjoy good rate.
