US Technical Recruiter with the following Skill set:

Years of Experience : 1-5 Yrs
Work Location : Nepal ( or work from home )
Communication : Excellent

Should have more than 1 years of US IT/Staffing.
Willing to work in night shifts

Profile:
* Should be familiar in all kinds of placements in US recruitment along with knowledge in contracts.
* Shortlist and Interview candidates according to the Job requirement.
* Take care of Clients Requirements and place Software professionals.
* Negotiate on Salary aspects and close the position.
* Experience in W2, 1099 Corp-to-Corp, etc Good knowledge of different visas like H1B, GC, TN, OPT (F1)
* Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to interface with candidates in the US
* Extensive experience on working with Job portals
* Previous US industry recruitment experience is a must
* Keen Interest and understanding of new and upcoming technologies and willing to learn
* Good knowledge of US tax terms
