galat kura hoo.... texas ma deny hune chance chai derai cha .....better go to California ..atleast deny bhayo bhane status ma ta basna paincha .....

Texas ma deny bhayo bhane chahi status ma basna paidaina ? I don't there is any state specific rule.

If you are in Valid F1 status and even if your Asylum status is rejected, you'll be back to F1 status , am i right here ? 
Please explain.
