what a corrupt system USA has....EAD to illegals but who're legally working they give hard time for very simple thing. For example, there's a spelling mistake for the Job advertisement and you're labor certification will be denied.. POS

He is encouraging illegal immigrant instead of solving current legal immigration problem. I am not saying his move is wrong but he should first address those legal immigrant who are waiting for more than 5 years if he really wants to keep young talent in USA. Sometimes 15 years. He is doing all these just for the sake of getting vote from Latino community.
Otherwise why the hell he was silent since 3+ years and suddenly wants to solve the problem just before the election. What a looser!!!

So folks, here it is
I voted for Obama, not this time. Don't get me wrong, I still like him in person, someone to have a drink with. But I'm pretty disappointed with his leadership. People who still come to defend him needs to know you cannot go on blaming on the previous leader. If you hire a new CEO, can he do that? Be practical. Obama had plenty of time to revert the econmy, sadly it is getting worse. Those days of new graduate getting a job is only a dream now.
However I do like his health care plan, but sadly it seems it will not pass. It brings to this, the only good thing he ever did will not make it through. Sad.
Few years ago, there was a post regarding illegals and I had pointed that the word "illegals" only apply to Latino, they are so powerful. I hate their population explotion and their culture to make babies like rabbits. Some people here in sajha called me "racist". You see, illegals (latinos) are more important to America and Americans than LEGAL like you. Think about it. Hence this country is losing the edge on creative minds and skilled people.
If this is big and Obama gets the Latino votes, he might get re-elected. Then get ready for another 4 years of very tight economy. Don't get me wrong, I hate Mitt Romney too. So I might not vote at all this time.

 does that mean that f1 students who're under 30 should immidiately drop out of school, go to highscool and manage to stay illegal for 5 years in the USA and get life time of EAD ? no need for the hassle of h1, labor, opt, etc etc.. ? and in certain states even enjoy the instate? 

 nevermind i just read that it's onlly for ppl who were brought here before 16... so most Nepalis can't benefit ...
