Hi guys, I am a nurse working in OPT now. My OPT will expire in June 1st. I  will  have I-20 from after that. I am planning to go to nepal over the summer with my New I-20. I do not have valid visa in my passport. when I go to nepal, I have to get new F1 visa to come to back to US.

My question is : what are the possibilites to get new F1 visa. what are the documentation needed to apply to get F1 visa in kathmandu. How about getting F1 from Canada ? Also I already have approved I-140 from my employer. Can they reject my visa due to that ? Anybody is in similar situation ? Please share your experiacne

thanks in Advance.
