My nephew is 25 yrs old.His mother has been naturalized recently.What does my nephew need to do to get to the US as soon as possible.Any advice is appreciatedThank you.

Mother will need to file for family based immigration for him. If he is not married it will fall under unmarried sons / daughters of us citizens. Based on current visa bulletin dates it will probably take him 2--3 years to get a green card. If he is married it will take many years.
