Member of sajha or the webmaster/administrator is not serious about the movement in nepal. As so many people are injured and they need help. We can not help them going back to nepal but we can donate some money so that it will help them to get well.

San, are you interested in setting up a fund for helping the injured? The money can be donated to the trust established by MAHA or RED CROSS or one or two of the hospitals treating the injured. My priority would be to donate that to the institution that works to treat the injured but does not get the most support. My guess is since Model Hospital is the most crowded hospital right now (besides Teaching Hospital), it will get the most attention and help, too. But there are others working as well, say those in Chitawan, Jhapa, Butwal, or Nepalgunj.

I agree with Bathroom Coffee...Maha fund so far is sounding for real compared to anyone else. If sajha can broker a clear channel for fund transfer to Model hospital....We can indeed generate a good amount of fund together, right here in Sajha...what is your take on this San? We dont need YOUR MONEY, but why are you trying to stop others and harping for transparency, you will get audit reports of the organization and see that.

You should be here in Nepal to feel the movement. Only then you would realize why people are asking for donations and help. You seem to label all these people who are helping the revolution as some sort of bloated INGO.

You may work 80 hours a week, but some of us here in Nepal work more than 90 hours per week and we don't earn like you guys, but we still have heart to donate to these organizations and not care about transparency, all we care is people (most of them are poor and not without their guardians) get treated
