Hello, I applied for TPS registration in November 2023, and as of March 17th, my case is still pending. For those who applied for TPS in November, have you received your EAD yet?

@rosa1234 if you also applied for EAD along with your TPS re-registration then yes you can continue to work. Your receipt notice must have information about extension for 180-540 days etc. Just send that to HR and they will update on the system.

Anyone got their Approval yet? For TPS,EAD, AP?

I reached out to Local congressmen and USCIS response was Generic, then reached out to White house in April, and they responded this past Friday. I'm so fed up with all these process- processing times shows 4.5 months for Nepal re-registration but yet its been almost 7 months.

Also creating a service request is of no help since USCIS does not care about those.

@ShreeRamn common bro dont say that.....my company just filed the PERM  i am guessing this shit is gonna take even years than TPS renewing

@nash24 yeah it sucks they are taking forever....i hope as long as its pending, EAD will get extended....that's all I am praying for since my company just filed PERM, .i need this TPS EAD to keep getting extended....

@shreeram i raised Service request on May and its been a month still no response. My service request was for TPS outside normal processing.

Today, I also got an email from USCIS about the Service Request I created for TPS:

USCIS:

“Thank you for your inquiry. We have received your request and are working diligently to process your case within the processing times posted on the USCIS website. For your reference, USCIS processing time are available here. Due to the high volume of work we are currently receiving, it may take longer to provide you with a final adjudicative decision. We appreciate your continued patience.”

@username619 Thats the same response they sent to the US Congressmen about my case lol USCIS needs to get their act together.

right lol…imagine how long it’s gonna take for PERM if it’s taking this long for TPS….immigration is fked here

PERM ta USCIS haina ni. Tyo ta DOL le ho. USCIS lai budget didainan. Sab application fee bata matrai chalcha. Ani ahile naya border cross garera asylum gareka harulai first time EAD lai application fee pani lagdaina. Tehi bhara sab dhila bhako ho. Ek barsa ko hara hari ma approve huncha hola.

I'll be out of my visa status in 3 months, not sure if TPS pending application will protect me. Tes mathi my employer is very sus about my old EAD from 2019

@rosa1234 all i have is TPS as well which is pending, EAD pending as well....as long as you have applied your EAD you should be good for 540 days....and I am also using old EAD from 2019
