Considering your standards, I have every reason to believe none of you could comprehend what I mentioned in my first paragraph. So to make it apparent in the best language you would understand, I would urge you to go ask your sister, she would be dying to get her hands on John Abraham, go check with your dad if he still uses toothpaste made in India, and go verify with your mom if she realized the saree she purchased from a store in Asan has an Indian tag in it.

 

We live "India", yet we resent Indians? What a hypocrisy, you pitiful morons need to reivisit India and get your facts straight. If you cannot do that, at least try to see past your wrongfully patriotic visions and appreciate a talented artist.

I hate replying in a similar fashion to you like I replied to those morons above. I consider you smarter than that. So save me from making things ugly with you. Read between what lines? It was too explicit. However, you need to read my posting once again, I mentioned CIGG and 'others', not just CIGG. This thread was initiated to laud one's talent, and if some disgruntled brings out irrelevant issues of recent miseries, he is simply out of place. My standards are intact, I consider myself a janitor, I just tried to clean up the mess made by half the posters above, and I did it in my style. If it bothers you, stay away.

Well, "if it bothers u then stay away" can may well be written towards you after ur first comment. There is a difference between lauding a talent and lionizing some person. My concerned was only the way u dragged Cigg; I don't care about what you have written towards other in what ever"janitorial" style you have. 
IMO, to find a hero in that guy is just delusional and corny.Cigg's reply was fitting to the poster, perhaps a slap in the back of head for a much needed person, who finds a hero in some contestant in some singing show.
 I might agree with u that, it may well just be a frustrations and perhaps out of place. But that doesn't make him racist. I know, there are many racist and xenophobic people in sajha, but when you put the name Cigg, it  made me gape.

My microscope senses some hole in your argument. If you say that we live "India", then what about Americans live "China"? For example, Walmart : the world's largest public corporation, largest private employer in the world and the largest grocery retailer in US lives on "China". But how many Americans hate China? Try to dig deeper into this "hatred" and "bigotry" towards India. If they can, they would put all SAARC under their security umbrella like Bhutan. Tell me a single neighbor India has a harmonious relation with beside puppets like Bhutan. India seeded the problem of civil war in Sri Lanka. India separated East Pakistan from Pakistan and gave it a name "Bangladesh". Do you agree that the unrest going on in the Terai plains of Nepal is also fueled by India? Singapore survives in a small plot south of Malaysia. Even though Singapore has to depend on Malaysis for water, not many residents of Singapore hold the grudge against Malaysis as much an "average" Nepali holds against India.  

But I am not supporting those ignorant and foul comments by any means, just complementing few words to your "absurd" propositions.

I am not anti-Indian, I am a pro-India, and I didn't like how many of the posters responded here to the original post. But look at what you wrote:

The key thing is we are Nepali: even if we hear Indian music, wear Indian cloth and so on. There is nothing wrong in hearing their music or wearing their cloth, as we pay for that. We are free to buy any product as long as we are willing to pay for them.

My basis for pro-Indianism is this: we are neighbors, we are friends, we lived next to each others for so long, sure there are some issues between us but we both realize that we share a common heritage, and more importantly, we will always gain if India prospers.

But we are not friends because my sister is crazy for a touch of some nautanki actor. Get it?

Hate and and dislike are analogous terms, if you dislike Indians just because of the fact that they are one, what do you call yourself? Buddha? First of all, there are two types of users, the first types are the ones who write without profound analysis, who spew hatred, and consider it as an only reason to visit sajha. Second type of users are your kind, relatively erudite, and delve deeply into the issue before they print their opinions down. So you think Indians adore and love us in return? To begin with, most Indian think Nepal is a part of India.
