I am wonderring if a blonde girl is lost the whole USA is shaked up by media and when a foreign national is lost no body even cares???

Although i have to say ,i have experienced less descrimination till now.I am just not happy with the whole thing about a nepali girl getting lost and the american cops not giving damn.What kind of effort are they doing.Are they even searching seriously.I pray for pratistha for her safety but at the same time i am mad with lack of attention the media and other sources are giving to this matter.

No body is trying to tarnish the effort. we are talking about descrimination in USA as whole for nepalese.This is just one of many , i think.Many of us has undergone similar descriminations.. may be in different ways. So, just wanted people to share it!so that nepalese people know how to tackle.

i understand u imi, my friend. probably this kinda case happening to a nepali in US is an unprecedented one, as far as i know.

but for cops, this is just another damn case. there have been many such incidents happening to american and non-americans in the past. NYPD alone may have thousands of such cases they are dealing with at the moment. so although they may be actively involved in Pratistha's case, but for them it is just another case per se.

discrimination is a huge agenda and no country or system is completely out of it.

i am also in the verge of losing my patience now. its been a week!!!!!! i don't understand what the hell is going on. but then there is very little we can do or a cop can for that matter. this case looks intricate to me now, it does not look like a simple "runaway" thing. i am praying for Pratistha. :(

i am sure Estes Park community is seriously looking to it though. i have come to know that many nepalese (around 200 or more ) work there each summer. so that's a great help for the community and their business. God forbids, but if anything happens to Pratistha then no one will dare to go there from next summer on. so the whole community including the local police department should look upon it sincerely and seriously.

Your outrage is not helping Pratishtha's case. If you want to yell, make sure you at the right place and infront of the right people. Otherwise, it will have the same effect of you yelling in a cave. anyways , there has been couple of cases where i have been discriminated (i used both above,thanks for correcting).I am now more careful and i know how to deal with it.I am just not talking about the Prstistha's case.There has been other cases too.

yes that nepalese boy too? why the media never reported ?People do run away from places but there are different reasons for that but if there is no reason they there can be other unwanted reasons of disappearance.
