Their happiness doesn't really matter, they have had smiled a lot when the rest of the Nepalese were in vain, it's time for the poor people to smile.

I think raaj khandan is just some extra expense for Nepal's economy. Think about this, a country that is looking forward to receive 30-40% of its annula budget as donations and loans from foreigners is paying these blood suckers millions to enjoy.
