Folks,
I am a newbie in this field and want to broaden my knowledge in photography as a hobby. What is the best way to learn photography? Are online courses useful? I do not have any person with similar intererst around me and hence I am asking you folks. How can I improve my photography skills?

The photo you took above of yellow field and blue sky is very striking. Can you post what camera and technique you used, as in aperture features etc.? Did you do any post exposure changes with photoshop or any other software?

Nepali American Bro, First of all thank you for your comments. I took the above picture from a moving vehicle and did not do much post processing except for recovering some blown up sky color. Here are the technical details of the picture.
Camera: Nikon D90
F-stop: f/11
Exposure: 1/250 sec
ISO: 200
Exposure bias: 0 step
Focal Length: 28mm
No Flash
Manual Mode, High Saturation, Hard Sharpness, WB Auto, Digital Zoom 1,
In the mean time, Happy Maha Astami folks :)
