One of my fren is coming to US through 10-15 days training. But He wants to stay in US further. He has visa for 4 months. Is there any possibility that he can change his visa status to F1 or stay legally further? Or is it better to return back after training? Or stay illegally here? He has wife and children in Nepal. Wha should I suggest him? DO you guys have any suggestion?

ANSWER: Hello King, Its very risky that Mexico consulate MAY know that you are out-of-status, thus they may deny your visa which will prohibit your entry in US either 3 or 10 year bar. Please proceed with caution.
