Jose with his free tax payer entitlements makes $65,000.00 a year!

This country treats illegal and legal kids same as long as all of them are born in USADid not understand that line, if they are all born in USA aren't they already Legal US citizen?

Yup. They treat all the children born here equally regardless of the parents status. It is not the job of hospital to report the status of the parents.
That is why you can see many illegal Mexicans having tons of baby. They don't need to worry about anything since every thing is foot by government for  their kids.

I have nothing against Mexicans or illegal. I was just trying to say the loop holes to get government benefits.

there is no legal or illegal, this country was made by immigrants. At one point or another all race were immigrant to this country. Blacks are the only one brought to this country without their will.

Jose will happily pay the tax, if he could get the benefit.  Welfare is not fair in any country as there is no proper means of tracking proverty.  Some % will always abuse it while some % will never get it.

But if you  are legal and working illegally that is an issue.

This country was made by immigrants, that doesn't mean there is no law. USA   also have  rules just like every other country when it comes to immigration. Even Nepal have rules.we don't live in past but we live with present law.People who have immigrated here in the past century did come with proper documents. Look at Australia,the country made by  immigrants but when it comes to immigration they are the toughest, they will deport the illegal,likewise Japan and many European Country.
