To get EAD, your TPS does not have to be approved. While TPS is pending you will get your EAD.

I heard the same thing. EAD card arrives even before TPS is approved. However they wont send EAD until biometrics result comes clean. There is no processing time for TPS. Has anybody heard from the lawyer when we would hear about our TPS status? We need TPS status as well, just EAD will not help us in the future.

@mimroramero: What's up with this excel data sheet that you keep updating? What's the point of doing that?

@s_man23 looking at your questions, I assume u r younger than me. What do u think is the reason mimroramero is doing this extra work? Option 1) he doesn't have anything else to do, so he does all this funtoosh things. 2) he wants everyone to have a quick look at the current processing times for all nepalese tps applicants so that they can get a clear picture of what to expect when.
I will give u only two options since that would make your life a little less complicated and confused.
Once a yogi said, " gyani manche le kehi janna ko lagi prasna garcha, agyani le ma koi hu bhanera janauna ko lagi prasna garcha". I hope u try to be the first one.

@bikash_001: First of all, who the [Disallowed String for - banned word] are YOU? or What are YOU? I don't think I was speaking to you or asked you that question. No need to be rude and act like a typical Nepali smartass when you clearly have an IQ of a 5th grader looking at the questions you ask here.

@bikash_001: I DO! Not everyone is desperate like you here to know about the processing times or some crap like that! You should change your username to disaster_001.

@s_man23: The consolidated excel sheet is helpful for all of us who have applied for TPS and are waiting for the next step, to anticipate the dates of our notices and appointments and not freakout. @mimroramero is doing a huge favor for us by updating it regularly and sorting it out so that we can see a trend of how the TPS processing works based on the when your applied. THANK YOU @mimroramero for doing that.

Guys, no need to argue here for this spreadsheet, I am just trying to keep all the dates so people don't have to ask/freakout on the forum.

@Bikash_001
1) he doesn't have anything else to do, so he does all this funtoosh things
>>> Hahaha, I have two jobs 8-4, and I work from home (Computer stuff :)

2) he wants everyone to have a quick look at the current processing times for all nepalese tps applicants so that they can get a clear picture of what to expect when.
>> This is the purpose of this work

@s_man23
I don't see you in the list, I would love to add you if you don't mind :)

@TPS_APPLIED @Bikash_001
Thanks for your kind word, sir.
