Gentle Folks, Needed some help, thoughts, suggestions...A friend of mine is going to Nepal to get married. He is getting married to an Indian Citizen. Does anyone know what's the process related to that ?. What documents are needed.? Anyone with any experience, if it would be an easy process or since the spouse is an Indian Citizen, it would/could be a painful long process....?...I am assuming to apply for the F2 Visa, they would need court marriage certificate in the US embassy.... Any suggestions appreciated...
