Its funny how these self titled aryans who love to relate themselves with these so called european aryans now fearing white supremacist. Its an inhumane feeling to find it hilarious but these people who dont consider others equal to them because they feel so special are now hiding there faces, saving their beards, taking off their turbans and caddas. I think its a dark form of humor towards them which I believe they deserve. From racial profiling and detention of an indian woman in Bel Air to Kansas shooting and the most recent WA shooting these are few examples of these so called aryans targeting mostly indians nationals who like to call themselves aryans as well. Seems like all the arabs and muslims have adopted to avoid these racist, xenophobic and most of all purely dumb fucks. All of you readers have a nice day, be safe and keep your head high like mount Everest, be calm and compassionate like Buddha but be fearsome like our forefathers if needed. Jai Nepal jai Nepali. Bhuja, You are mistaken and your attitude sucks. Actually the so called whites are not pure Aryans. A group of Aryans migrated to the cold European Area more than 20,000 years ago and mated with the Neanderthals. The current so called "Caucasians" have approx. 2% Neanderthal gene. Also did you know that Buddha was an Aryan. And you are advising others to be compassionate like Buddha and same time you are speaking unkindly towards what you identify as others. I guess you are mongoloid. I will pray to God and you recognize that there are outer differences and inside we are all the same. That is what Buddha taught, that is what Yoga says.

Biruwa · Mar 6, 2017 12:15 PM

Biruwa ji and I dont know why are you commenting poor soul Hardworker1,Anyway thank you for your comment. The reason behind I started this thread is I want to have a meaningful response, however, I dont think I am mistaken from my research and I did offend people like you who have read this thread. And now let me explain you something if you have a free mind to think and talk about this. If you research well enough you will find the word Aryan means 'the pure one' which Nazis used to empower themselves and people who followed them. Nazi Germany's allies Japanese and Italians were considered as Aryans to Nazis which in my understanding they believed every race has a pure Aryan type. Nazis had friends in British India too and they were helping them to fight off British rule. The interesting thing is when British came to Indian subcontinent they used the same Aryan idea to influence the natives to follow them and finally ruled them. There are a lot of different theory how did British manage to conquer India without much bloodshed but being Aryans is one of them. Another point you mentioned is Aryans moving to cold Europe and mixing with Neanderthal. As far as I know with my research Neanderthal vanished from this earth a long time ago which is before 20,000 years ago. But it is a interesting point you made the so called Caucasian having 2% Neanderthal genes which I will look upon to. Well now lets talk about Buddha and him being Aryan. Scholars still argue the exact year Buddha was born, there is no doubt Buddha was born in present day Nepal, which some Indian try to refute, and he educated himself in present day India. Well this whole idea of Buddha being Aryan race is totally wrong. As I have mentioned above the origin of word Aryan which Nazis adopted and embraced within them and their followers which makes Buddha no Aryan at all. He can be of any race. Nepals terai region where Buddha was born which have tharus one of the Native people are of diverse genes and the Dravidian Indians who are really dark skinned and other natives of Nepal might be the decedents of Buddhas Sakhya clan. Nepal still has Sakhya newars and all of this makes really confusing. Thus by saying Buddha was Aryan or mongoloid or whatever race is totally based upon putting your own race on top of Pyramid. British archaeologist claim to have found the bones of Buddha which hasn't been tested for it DNA or it might not contain any DNA at all. As you Biruwa have claimed above on your comment him being Aryan which sounds like those Greek fools who came to India under Alexandra and became the first westerners to write and build sculptors of Buddha. They claimed Buddha being white man with blue eyes. Well I think on those times people under their rule surly believed what they wrote and said about Buddha. Another topic you said Buddhas teaching about compassion and me being not so to others if I follow him. Well everyone is entitled to their opinion and I have mine. If you want to read here I go, Tibetans and Mongols adopted Buddhism without racial biased and I dont think they knew what race Buddha was or cared. They became peaceful and compassionate towards themselves and other , and adopted all other teachings of Buddha and look what has happened to them. Tibetans and Mongols who once had a mighty empire. Princess like Bhirkuti were married to Tibetan Emporer for better relations and artist like Arniko went to Khans to build as tribute for peace are now slowly disappearing from this earth, specially Tibetan. I follow Buddhist philosophy and I am Hindu as well with peaceful people and despise others who prefer their racial identity above all. My concern is for our people who are Nepali. And you said Birwa that I must be mongoloid. I am a proud Nepali I dont belong to any race but for people like you I am mongoloid, I am an Aryan. The pure one, not corrupted by label and propaganda. I have a lot of friends from all different backgrounds but Nepali friends who are lenient towards India tend to have relatives in India. Those who like to call themselves Aryans dont know details about the word and the history behind it. As far as I know me or my family dont have a single ancestors from India. We are the true native of Nepal. If, in future, I will have a chance to test my DNA I want to be surprised what my genetic pool would looks like. And last yes we are all the same but why is Nepal so under developed ? Why we have to look after an American president to decide our future? or an Nepali politicians or government employee who are mostly from some ethnic and racial group. And people like you who decide I must be mongoloid. You gave me a race label after I rant about Southeast Asian Aryans or someone who will label me as Aryan if I rant about some other race? you know why answer we ignore the facts as you have done above and I did by not being politically correct by just not saying Indians to grab your attention. Well even if I did a lot of Nepali have Indian cousins either they are so called Aryans or Mongoloid but mostly those who like to call themselves Aryans of Nepal. Nepal ra Nepali ko interest lai side lagayera afno relatives and mostly afno race lai priority dinchan ani vanchan we are all the same. Yes we are all the same but do we treat other the same way? well you should do more yoga and maybe you can give me a good response. Thanks bros for reading. Sorry for the grammar

I called you poor soul and you proved it once again. You are a poor soul because you are happy when someone is suffering and if you are a true Buddhist then you would never do that because Buddha never taught to hate anyone not even to your fierce enemy. Only those poor souls who never get satisfied in life on their own are looking for a crazy reason like yours to feel satisfied. In a situation like this when our country is going through this critical transitional period, it is the responsibility of an educated people like yourself to educate the community about the importance of unity and how political leaders can take advantage by playing this racism card for their vested political and personal interest. If you can't think critically to any political scenario and just follow some ideas of corrupted political leaders and arouse people from your community then you are cultivating these hate ideas inside your community, then the winner will be those corrupted politicians who have been using the same old formula to divide and rule. And this is not only to you but to everyone who is not using their critical analysis to the idea given by political leaders and follow them blindly.

Bhuja First, know the difference between South Asia and South East Asia and preach. End of story. I dared not go through the whole of your post as it was laughable. But, I have some response. Arya is not a race. The Indologists stole the idea of Arya from India just to dismiss the philosophical supremacy of Indians/ South Asians. Hitler stole the same idea to look Germans superior to Brits and other Europeans. Scientific studies of Indus Valley Civilization has already ended the debate over Max Muller's Aryan Invasion Theory based on mere assumptions. IVC was aboriginal to South Asia/NW frontier of present-day Indian sub- continent. I agree, the term Arya has taken a whole new meaning. From that perspective, I may be considered as an Arya (based upon culture, rituals, facts, traditions, affinity to Sanskrit etc). So is a redneck (Nazi and white propaganda). Now, let's talk about Buddha. Buddha was not a Tharu. It was a propoganda by a tharu leader few years back. Tharu came to Nepal from Thar desert of Rajsthan and mingled with some mongoloid tribe. They are nomads of Thar. Just compare their outfits/ornaments. Buddha was a Kshatriya, a Sainthwar Rajput, an Arya, of Shakya clan. He was not a mongoloid. Nepali Shakyas have mongoloid admixture as a result of cross marriage with Tibetans. A result of religious and mercantile exchanges between Kathmandu and Tibet. Have a look at an Indian Shakya, Aashis Shakya, of All India Backchod Have you heard of avalokiteswora mantra of Buddhism? The first two lines would convince you of Buddha being an Arya. And, IDGAF if Buddha was born in Nepal or India. I consider myself a newbie proponent of Mahayan Buddhism, alongside being a liberal Hindu. Last edited: 07-Mar-17 10:16 PM

ok hardworker1, USA jasto desh ma ta Obama president bhaye pachi we all can see how USA is united now.

Bhuja · Mar 7, 2017 7:17 PM

ani seeker77 first I do advise you to read all of the comment above and then I can go on details with you about my knowledge of South asia or South east asia. I believe Avalokiteswora mantra was written by someone way after Buddha was dead because Buddha never wrote anything or asked anyone to write anything he tought. I have not read avalokiteswora mantra or who wrote it but I know and am 100% sure Budhha did not write it. If you read my full comment which you were ignorant enough to skip I have mentioned Buddha can be of any race. And the point of you made he was Kshatriya well if you look at ancient Burma when Hinduism was the mainstream religion all of there ruling class was Kshatriya. Being Kshatriya does not define your race it just defines your social class or is this case your caste. Hinduism is a awesome religion like Buddhism but it does have dark side as well which is caste system. You can laugh or cry or try to show how liberal you are for me you are an ignorant person. To find out what race Buddha was we have to be on that time to see him in person. Anyway seeker77 I do admire your knowledge and exposing me to new things.

Bhuja · Mar 7, 2017 7:43 PM

Too much contradiction, huh? What am I? An ignorant or knowledgeable? You seem perplexed. Like you are perplexed about South Asia and SE asia. Just look at your topic of OP. Are you sure you know the difference between SAARC and ASEAN? Buddha was of an "arya" race. No doubt about that at all, And, you don't have to time travel to his era to know that. Just read the history of early Buddhism. Who were early Bhikkhus that spread Buddhism? Kshatriya princes of many royal houses of Bharat Barsa, mainly nowadays mainland India. I am not talking about SE asian countries. [BTW I am aware of the fact of hindu rule in Cambodia, Thai, Indonesia, etc.] Buddhism started flourishing from Magadh, present day Patna, ruled by Nand dynasty. Almost all Kshatriya houses around that time and after followed Buddhism. It was almost communal. Be it Gupta, Maurya, Sen, Pala, Kushan etc.The abolition of Nanda Dynasty has to do with clash between Buddhism and Ajivika (then a branch of Brahmanical school of Hinduism). Nanda kings decreed his subjects to provide alms only to buddhist Bhikkus, mostly the Kshatriya Kumaras, and not to brahmans. The main reason Chanakya abolished the Nanda rule from Magadh was flourishing of Buddhism. (Then Nepal also helped Chanakya and Chandragupta to dethrone Nanda king. That means Nepal did not have buddhism, else Nepal would not go against Magadh. Nepal then was allegedly and mythically ruled by Kiratas) There was clash between Kshatriyas and Brahmans (Hindus). No offense, but I am highly skeptic Tharus would be regarded Kshatriya then. By any means. Seriously. Even Khas became Kshatriya only in the 16th century. Tharus also live in Uttaranchal region of India. Just read what Tharus are called there. Buddha was a Bihari Kshatriya, in present day context. Bihar was the center of the world, academically and intellectually around and after the time of Buddha. Nalanda? Does bell ring. You need not be a genius to understand or make an educated guess that Buddha was not a tharu. Mahavira was also a Kshatriya prince of present day Bihar, who was in the footsteps of another kshatriya prince Buddha. Are you also going to say Mahavira was also a tharu? And, I hope next time you keep a healthy discussion. No personal attack.Last edited: 07-Mar-17 10:29 PM Last edited: 07-Mar-17 10:29 PM Last edited: 07-Mar-17 10:47 PM

Caste system is not hinduism, it's the cultural thing who misinterpreted the division of labor hinduism talks to gain specialization in a subject matter. Hinduism always talked about equal treatment to all as all living and even non living beings are the manifestation of god. Some converted Christians and even new Muslims who were hindu brought the Caste system in their new reljguon. It's a dirty superiority complex of human minds, not hinduism.

sidaNepali · Mar 7, 2017 10:26 PM

Seeker77 I say you are a knowledgeable person with ethnocentric values which makes u what you are now a so called Aryan defender of your so called race. I have no interest of extending this conversation with people who think with their ethnocentric values and try to show a certain caste superiority or in this case the pic you have posted above of Dravidian race. And about personal attack which is laughable to say by someone who don't read everything and starts to laugh before reading everything. Hope you will find someday the caste you belong to will realize this it doesn't matter what Buddhas race was for a lot of its followers but it's teaching which has long been diluted by his followers on their own understanding. The truth what you and I seek is what we want believe in what we choose to follow. Even the history or religious text you and I read Are written by people who have biased. What matters for me is the present day NEPAL which was not there when Buddha lived. As far as I am concerned Nepal should live long and our people but people like you makes me doubt will it live long enough who is defended by people whose caste or so called aryan people tries to prove they have a leading role in our sub continent. I refuse to follow a so called Aryan race which believes they are the pioneers of everything. I refuse to acknowledge their innovation in any terms either its religion or military superiority or governing skills which has time and again proven wrong by so called Mongoliods.

Bhuja · Mar 7, 2017 11:20 PM

The deepest shit hole in the world is Hindustan (India) and its cultural colony Nepal ( its urban areas ) by virtue of the Hindu religion. Slumdog Millionaire was an incredibly articulate movie which of course rightly deserved the best picture Oscar. Not surprisingly, Bollywood figures and their media despised the Hollywood movie that was able to conjure up a cogent story right from the trash and feces-laden backyards of Mumbai slums. The state affairs, legislature, and politics are all tied to Hinduism. Poverty, ignorance, over-population, sub-human living conditions, rampant corruption from top to bottom etc will further worsen the state of these countries when forced migration will unfold due to global warming. Even the common people are full of shit and are always looking for their own personal short-term benefits at the expense of the greater good. Stupid, ignorant, and religious zealot feed the corrupt culture. Going for blame-games is not the answer. It is rather by accepting facts, diagnosing the root cause of problems, and seeking solutions to manage and solve them together. Only then we can be on a path to better future. Witness the logic and reasoning of an appointed spokesperson of the institutionalized fundamentalist Hindu organization called Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS). https://www.youtube.com/watch?... The quality of debate from the RSS side in the video will ensure that the status quo will remain intact - i.e. shit-hole-ness.

Bhuja You are stretching it too far. ARe you playing race card now? Where did I show my "ethnocentric feeling"? Nowhere did I say one race/ethnicity is superior to the other. I just pointed out the facts about buddha which are in historical accord. It is you who is having problems to accept buddha being a kshatriya guy. Truth is truth. BTW, what was your original post intended for? Are you happy about the situation that all the brown people of the sub-continent are going to face potentially hard time here in the US? At least I get that inkling from your post. So, who is with ethnocentric feeling, you or I? Don't worry mate, it's just a matter of time. Don't be jovial unless you are white. For those rednecks all non-whites are the same, whether you are brown or chink. They despise equally. PEace!

seeker77 · Mar 8, 2017 9:16 AM

Bhuja, The election results already proved how united we are here in US.

hardworker1 · Mar 8, 2017 9:36 AM

You said winning is unified ? Sounds you were a hard core supporter of Prachand while you were in Nepal. I found those who were descendent of panchayat party, past and cuttrrentb corrupt officials and politician children are hard core supporter of Trump. You know that he may be impeached ?  Last edited: 08-Mar-17 11:21 AM
