has anyone had EB3 (employment based) green card interview experience? I'm talking about the one that USCIS made mandatory last year for EB2 and EB3 filings. How did it go?

I am especially interested in hearing from people who are on tps and h1b

EDIT: also please share your timeline on the interview process after i-485 is approved. Do you think the wait time will get worse in the next coming years?
