Hello Sajha Mitra,
Do any one have any experience, when is the right time to hire inspector to inspect new home?

Is it before Pre-Dry wall? or
After Pre-Drywall ? or
After everything is completed at the time of settlement?

Sounds like a new home...I would suggest once before oreintation/closing n once before 1 yr builder warranty ends..
