Hello, I am currently on TPS with EAD. Before TPS I was on F1. I am working on a Gas Station and the owner agreed to file for Employment Based Green Card on EB3 Unskilled Category. My Perm is already approved and I am currently waiting to file I140 N I485. My question is I am almost near to complete my MBA and the Job title on the perm says that I am a Store clerk and describes the work accordingly. Will there be a problem while filing I140, since I currently have Bachelors Degree and after a month I will have my Master degree? My owner said since it is a Unskilled Category there should be no problem? Just wanted to see if anybody went through the same situation. Help is much Appreciated. Have a nice day and Jay Nepal
