Hello,

My dad and uncle/aunt are in Canada now. Have anyone experienced in past the process to apply for US visa while the greencard is already approved and is on final processing to be called out for an interview in Nepal.

But since he is already in Canada, he'd like to come see me for 15 days. Any suggestions from experts here or the best approach.

Also if my uncle/aunt would just want to come see me. What are the forms and support document require for this process?

Thank you so much!!

Based on your information provided, your parents should apply an immigrant visa at US Embassy Kathmandu since I130 has already been approved, that makes more sense. It is very difficult for your parents to qualify for non immigrant visa to visit US since they are in final phase to settle here. You better should visit them in Canada instead.
