can someone post for me a sample letter for work experience in business administration (administrative management) for immigration to canada? I am not sure how it should look...i have gone thru all the pages in cic.gc.ca...but i am just unsure how it should look...if someone has a sample, i could have a look at it and then make my own basing on that...

also, does anyone know if IELTS is required for someone who graduated from the US? I have also worked as a Graduate assistant when i was doing my masters in here in the US...worked there for 2 years...so, does anyone know if that work experience count?

It depends actually.... u may need to take or u may not need to take... I have seen some cases in the past that some people were waived for IELTS but u need to justify through strong documents that u have fluency in all categories of English language... work experience letter in USA stating your fluency in english, recommendation letters from your professor may add value....

If you need 16 point to make 67, you should take IELTS. I have seen people with PHD only awarded 6 - 8, depending on immigration officer mood. If you donot want to risk or delay application, you should take IELTS. Donot waste your time on convincing Immigration Officer to award you 16 points.
