Guys,
How hard is it to get your GC approved if you file via a consulting firm unded eb2 category? Or it is safe to go through direct client only. My employer is not willing to apply for GC under eb2 as the lawyer said that MS degree earned after joining the company cannot be used towards eb2 category, instead I have to apply under eb3 and I dont want to do that.
Is there any firms in DC metro area willing to file GC for the potential candidate?
Guys please share.
Thanks

these days very hard to approve GC via consultaing form.
advertising issue is continiously raising and ask for audit and then may asked for super recruitment process and your GC process may be backed by 3-4 years.
so, it's better to start in eb3 in your company and try eb2 with consultaing form for future employment.
