POSSIBLE REASON FOR BREAKUP WOULD BE YOU FOR ASKING SUCH A STOOPID QUESTION. Relationships can never be comparable, Remember each individual is different, and so is their live in situation. So the whole basis of this question is STOOOOPID !

Lonely Kancha reasons for break up are many

for girls reason for breaking up can be
- they feel restricted and want to break free
- they find a guy who treats them better
- they find a guy who's smarter
- they find a guy who's richer
- they find a guy who's more fun
- they find a guy who's better in bed
- they find a guy who can help them reach their goals in life for example green card or any other things

for guys
- they are bored of the same girl
- they want to have sex with many girls
- they find a girl who is sexier
- they find a girl who's better in bed
- they find a girl who's more fun to be around with
- they find a fat american woman who'll help them get green card

There could be many more You can add to the list.

Nepalean is right though. People break up for better option or in order to get rid of a bad option. Life is short I don't blame anyone for trying to make a better life for themselves rather than hang on to some relationship that's not going to work anyways if someone wants out.

Better option as in weighing all the pros and cons. If all the cons of being in a relation is much much more than the pros, then there's no point in being in that relationship. This is not ancient age when women have to participate in 'SATI' or be cremated alive with thier dead husbands.

If a guy cannot keep a woman happy, then it's astalavista baby.

LonelyKancha

Such relationship is defined as Common-Law-Union by law in Canada and any couple who are living together in harmony for at least a year can declare themselves as Common-Law-Partners.

For filing tax and for other official documents it is mandatory to declare the union or the individuals will get screwed in court for lying to the government.

Since 2003 the defination extends to gay and lesbian couples.

......I don't believe that breaking up is for a better option is always good. There are always things like understanding and compromise. It's next to impossible for two people to totally agree with each other. People these days, often tend to choose the most bitter alternative, which obviously, seems to be the easiest one.
If someone is intolerably harassed, it's a different case though. But what about people breaking up just because some other person is more interesting him/her or better in bed(lol). One reason why divorce rates are more in countries like United States and very less in countries like Nepal is not because women are bound there and completely free here, but because people are more self-centered and less mutually attached..they are more physical and less emotional..they sevely lack patience.
Where sex is the only business between men and women, break up's are obvious. Where people drink and smoke a lot and remain fuddled most of the times, they lose patience even for trivial reasons.
..........in my experience, like nepalean said, it has been girls in most of the cases, who offer the break up (No sexism please, it's what I have seen...as simple as that!!!)....and No wonder those who have come here to United states, have adapted this culture in a couple of weeks....any comments are welcome

Tregon, I agree with you. It is very sad indeed and this leads to nowhere than lonely - miserable life after some tortureful abusive relationship. I don't know why people still think it is fun.

THE MAIN REASON FOR THE RELATIONSHIP TO BREAK UP IS OUR CAST SYSTEM. EVEN THOUGH WE LIVE IN THE 21ST CENTURY OUR WAYS OF THINKING HAS NOT CHANGED. BHRAMIN IS A BHRAMIN, NEWAR IS A NEWAR, THARU IS A THARU. ALL THE OLDIES WOULD LIKE TO SEE THE MARRIAGE TO BE DONE IN THE SAME CAST.

SORRY DUDE
