Recently it has been heard that Democratic Maoist Pary of Nepal and 7 Democratic parties of Nepal have reached an another point of agreement - extending 12 points to 13.

It is said it had happened in world's largest democratic country's capital - New Delhi.

Do anyone has any idea(guess), what it could be?
