 Does nepalese student with F1 and TPS status still qualify for Special Student Relief?

I got permission to take a reduced course load, the last time the TPS was extended. The Special Student Relief was extended as well. However, I cannot find any information about whether or not the special student relief was extended this time, since the court extended the TPS
