Is there any risk to travel to Nepal with Advance Parole(A/P) Document for someone who was out of status before TPS? Anyone denied admission to The United States? With Trump coming to office in 1/20 is it a good idea to leave now and come back before the 20th? Attorney says should't be any problem with the A/P document. Any specific port authority to avoid?

Ek dam dhukka sanga travel garau sathi . If USCIS had issued you an advance parole it means they have given some kind of visa to go and come back again . During trump era, I travelled 2 times. Unlawful outof status doesnt matter .
