What is the best calling card to call Nepal? I have been using Raza.com which gives 200 minutes for 20 dollars. But, recently the website is charging me 20 dollars but giving me 150 minutes only. Does anybody know a best website that has better rate to call Nepal from US? Thanks.

Viber Out and Google Hangout is much Cheaper than Raza, It cost around 8 cents per minutes where as raza cost 10 cents.
