A group of Nepalese residing in Boston have filed a class action lawsuit against Sajha for unfair treatment. The group registered themselves as Against Sajha Syndicate and have claimed that Sajha photographer has treated them unfairly by never taking their pictures at public events.

The 138-page complaint, filed Wednesday in U.S. District Court in Massachusetts says "... Sajha Photographer acted unfairly by never taking pictures of us, who have been living in Boston for over 10 years. Even after we confronted him for never posting our pictures, he failed to post our pictures."

The group believes that Sajha photographer discriminates against them based on their sex, ethnicity, religious affiliation or physical attributes.

The spokesperson of the group Mr. Hardik Dixit said on condition of anonymity, "I have been going to Boston parties for over 10 years but my picture has never appeared on Sajha.com. I do not know what the photographer has against me. A photographer should be fair and take everyone's picture at public events. This is an undemocratic action."

Sajha photographer was not immediately available for comment.
