Hi Folks,

It's been about a month I filed my application for I-140. The case status update on the USCIS website has been the same since I got the receipt which reads:
- At this time USCIS cannot provide you with information for your case. Please contact the NCSC 1 (800) 375-5283 for additional information.

Is it common to see something like this? I called the number with no significant results. Lawyer doesn't have any concrete answer either. I read in forums that it usually happens but gets fixed in 24-48 hours. It has been quite some time.

If anybody have been in the same situation, could you shed some light based on your experiences.

Thanks in advance.

Average processing time for i140 is 4 months, so you gotta wait at least few months before you see any update on your status.
