Hello all
I am in STEM field.got my OPT EAD on march 2015 and working on a company right now. After a year i.e march 2016 i can extend my opt for18 more months. My question is i dont want to abandon my OPT EAD and just file for TPS. Incase i am not selected for H1b can i apply for OPT after TPS registration period as i will be already in TPS status? I went through some replies in AVVO and there were conflicting answers. I need your answer on above issue
