 How to make appoinment with Ombudsman?

Hey guys,

Could you help me to figure out how to make an appointment with Ombudsman. I see infopass, e-request, is there any different between them? OR I should simply call on this number "call the USCIS National Customer Service Center at 1-800-375-5283" and ask to make an appointment.

Please let me know anything and this is for TPS.

Guys please tell me how to make an appointment using infopass and with congressman? I tried to make an appointment using INFOPASS but the options don't match: I applied TPS more than 5 months ago and EAD, one and a half month ago. So, I am not sure what to do.

Please let me know. This is really sad, my expedite request also didn't go through now I have to look for all the options I have :(...
