Hello guys, My Initial TPS is still pending on local office never approved i try called USCIS but no luck i did not apply EAD before so do i need to re register for TPS or my initial application will be consider as reregistration.

A copy of the TPS approval notice is required to re-registration I'm not sure what should do in your situation. Maybe you can ask this question in AVVO website.

Who says "a copy of tps approval notice is required for reregistration"?? You don't need anything for reregistration. Even if your initial application is pending, you have to apply for reregistration.

apply gari deu na ke jancha ra. make sure to include a copy of last years i797 and also a cover letter explaining you applied last year and its still pending. that way you will be in safe side. if u dont include last years i797 and cover letter they might reject your application thinking its your initial registration and its past the date.
