Any one has experience with adjustment of status through marriage to a US Citizen?
I had posted in another thread but its heading was related to H1B so I am posting it under a new subject.

-I got my finger print done around mid july in 2016 and received EAD starting september 2016.
-Married to a citizen wife(nepali) while I was in TPS.
-I am now waiting for interview date(stll waiting:( .Its been 5 months since I received my EAD. I have heard that each case is different and may take longer or short amount of time..

I dont think calling and asking USCIS would help either..I have thought of it but I dont think i will call
Can you please share your experience with how long it has taken you etc..

Brother depends how u got here, illegally or legally and which one u talking about. Conditional or permanent

I came here legally as F1-Maintained legal status all along and still legal(working on gc-EAD through marriage . I am talking about conditional.

I got mine in 4 month when I apply...might depend on state. Or maybe because of election. Anyway call us uscis and try to find status of application
