i would like to know you experience of current filing of i-130 and adjustment of status if u have done on ur own. i am wondering if i should hire an attorney for this do it myself if the process is simple. the attorney few they quoted me is about 2K. thanks

As damauli_guy said, if you can read and write; it should be a straightforward process. If you are confused on some forms, you can google or ask in some public forum. At the worst, your case will require additional documents if not submitted properly and push your case back by few months.
