I am a fresh graduate from masters and I worked for the same company for 1 year using TPS and after my graduation, I have been working with them using OPT. Now they want to file my green card through EB2 I was wondering if Level-1 wage listed in FLCData Center would be enough to file my PERM labor certificate.
Their logic is that since I am a fresh graduate the level-1 wage should be enough.
I would appreciate all kinds of suggestions.
Thank you.

based on what i understood,

whatever is the difference in between you salary and PWD wage, a company needs to have that
amount as net profit for last tax year.
This is needed while filing for i 140.
If a company was in a profit then, it should not be a problem.

My PWD wage was 35k more than my salary and i 140 got approved.
