Does any one knows how to get new nagarikta. I lost mine

It's such a hassle. I had to go to the cdo office get the dorm then goto Wada and get recommendation from then and go back to cdo office again. There are 4 Windows there and you will go for o e to another for like 5 hours. Search it hard bro. J dis it last year in Nepal.
