any idea how long would it take to review the case and make decision because we only have limited time left which is about 3 months.

Still waiting on first hearing! Hopefully if they get first hearing before end of this March , we should have some kind of decision by end of April. So 1 month period from first hearing to preliminary injunction decision per my estimate. ( I ain’t lawyer though ;p)
