Why download movie? Use websites such fmovies.to to watch latest hd tv series and movies. Lastest movies is available within a month of release. Or use free vpn if you have to download.

if you MUST torrent, either use VPN (pia is good) or only torrent from private trackers (no need to use VPN, faster speeds).
