Hello, I had used ustraveldocs.com to apply for visa for my parents back in 2021. I made the required payment at the bank, and completed the form in the website which said "The first available appointment is Sunday April 3, 2022."

It said we would either get phone call or mail but we have not received anything so far. April 3 is coming up in 3 days and we do not know what to do.

Has anyone had any experience with appointment dates from ustraveldocs.com website? Any info is helpful at this point.

It's been almost 9 months since we applied but it still does not show any appointment

Did you not select the date when it said the first available date is April 3? If not then the interview hasn't been scheduled. You are supposed to login to ceac frequently and look for available dates and select one. With all these backlogs, getting the date is luck.
