Hello Everyone
I am currently in Nepal right now. I recently got job to Boston and I am planning to come direct to Boston from Nepal. I am from West Virginia residence do I have to change my address in USCIS page from Nepal or should I wait after moving here in United States. My driver’s liecence and tax file paper are from West Virginia. Please give me genuine reply. Thank you

You can do either. It doesn't matter when you change address with the uscis.
