Weed is short term herbal remady . for long term working like a donkey has worked for me . Hard work has great benefits : u make good money , ur physically fit , u have a good apetite and and ur mentally well and never have to face challenges like i somnia .

Never dump ursef in sofa like a potato all day and wit for the roots to grow all over your body . Keep moving , keep yourself busy .you will get rid of financial , mental and physical challenges. It will work for all

I take melatonin. It is found in every pharmacy walgreens cvs walmart, cost about 10 dollars. You will sleep in about 30 minutes. Not sure if taking it daily is a good option if you are young. If you are old then may be its fine
