Hi, I'm currently in Allston and am interested in an apartment in Cambridge starting from September 2009, preferably somewhere between Porter Sq and Davis Sq (need to be close to the T, especially Porter Sq since I need to catch the Commuter Rail to Waltham to go to work). Please let me know if this works for you. Also, could you let me know what the rent is, whether heat and hot-water are included, etc.? Thanks! Aashish

Its in Sciarappa St. 8-10 mins walks for red/green line and also bus connections. We pay total of 1250 but we will be 4 so we will share it. Utilities not included. The room you will share is very large and spacious with an aweosme exit stairs that words as a patio. It's really in a great location. We all are students and easy going.

Hey Aashish, I am going to Bentley University starting Fall (Sept) 2009 and I am looking for a room/roommate in waltham. I am doing an MBA+MS Finance Dual degree and if you want, we can live together. I have been trying to find a place to live too... but i haven't found out yet, of course. Let me know. it is easier to find apts because we can rent the whole things and share it.... I have actually seem a few apts but they are with two rooms.. i was thinking maybe we can share the apt... let me know if you're interested and i can give you more info. Thanks
