What is the English name of "Parwar" or "Parwal", a vegetable we get in Nepal in the summer season.

Parwar falls under some kind of "Gourd". They may not have Parwar in USA. But i am sure it is a Gourd family

"Chiuraa" or "beaten rice" that we use to translate to in Nepal is known as "POHA" in Indian stores. They have thick and thin versions of "POHA".
