Can anyone suggest me the process of getting a Canadian PR??? and can a guy who is out of status can get it????

Hi Looser,

As per my understanding, you can apply through point systems. The total points  depends on your qualification, work experience, marital status etc. Also, Currently, they have program called AINP (Alberta Immigration Nominee Program) by which you can apply if you currently hold H1B visa and your skill set match with Canadian NOC under pressure. However, if somebody is illegal, they definitely can be eligible in AINP program as spouse if they entered US legally and stayed legal for more than a year. Please, don't quote me on this though. You can consult lawyers on these kind of issues.
